2. Orders
Clicking "Buy Now" constitutes a binding order, subject to acceptance by Beauwe. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (e.g. pricing errors, stock unavailability), in which case you will be refunded in full.

3. Prices & Payment
Prices shown at checkout include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. International orders may be subject to import duties or customs fees charged by your country's customs authority, which are the customer's responsibility. We accept Credit/Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

4. Shipping
We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery: 5–25 business days depending on destination. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.

5. Your Right to Cancel (UK & EU Customers)
You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. To cancel, contact us at contact@beauwe.com. Return the goods within 14 days of cancellation. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the return, including standard delivery cost. Return shipping is at your own cost unless the item is faulty.

7. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer. Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose. If a product is faulty, contact contact@beauwe.com to arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.

8. Retention of Title
Ownership of items remains with Beauwe until full payment has been received.

9. Liability
Beauwe is liable without limitation for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, and for fraud. Beyond this, our liability is limited to the value of your order.

10. Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, this does not remove protections you are entitled to under the mandatory laws of your own country of residence.

1. Information We Collect

  • Account & order data: name, email, shipping address, phone number (if provided)

  • Payment data: processed directly by our payment providers (Stripe, PayPal, and card networks). We do not store your full card details on our servers.

  • Browsing data: cookies, IP address, device and browser information

  • Marketing data: your email address, only if you opt in to our newsletter

2. How We Use Your Information
To process and ship your order, provide customer support, prevent fraud, and — only with your consent — send you marketing emails. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time by clicking "unsubscribe" or emailing us.

3. Who We Share It With
Because Beauwe operates on a dropshipping model, your name, address, and order details are shared with our fulfillment suppliers so they can ship your order directly to you. We also share necessary data with our payment processors to complete transactions. Some of these suppliers may be located outside Brazil and the UK; where that's the case, we only work with partners who provide an adequate level of data protection. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Cookies
We use essential cookies for the site to function, and optional performance/marketing cookies to understand traffic and personalize content. You can manage or disable non-essential cookies through your browser settings.

5. Data Retention
We keep your order data for as long as necessary to fulfil legal, tax, and accounting obligations, and delete or anonymize it afterward unless you request earlier deletion where applicable.

6. Your Rights
If you are in Brazil, under the LGPD (Lei nº 13.709/2018) you have the right to confirm, access, correct, anonymize, delete, or port your data, and to withdraw consent at any time. If you are in the UK, under UK GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, or restrict use of your data, object to processing, and data portability. We use industry-standard measures (including encryption at checkout, via our hosting and payment providers) to protect your data, though no online system can be guaranteed 100% secure.
